My approach
I help clients move beyond overthinking and intellectualizing their experiences to reconnect with themselves by integrating both mind and body for lasting transformation. Through a blend of talk therapy, breathwork, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation, we work together to release old stories, fears, negative patterns, and difficulty trusting yourself. The goal is to live with greater ease, manage stress, enhance emotional regulation, and align with what matters most to you.
