About Sarah
I am passionate about personal growth and believe we can unconsciously be held back from the person we want to become.
I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals in living lives that feel aligned, authentic, and fully connected to who they truly are. I believe meaningful change happens when we move beyond overthinking and intellectualizing our experiences and begin to reconnect with the innate wisdom of the body. True transformation, in my view, comes from integrating both mind and body.
I am a Master Practitioner Clinical Counsellor (MPCC) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. My additional training reflects my commitment to working through a trauma-informed, nervous system–aware lens. This includes Trauma-Informed Care (Level 1 and Level 2), somatic practices and exercises, and specialized training in neurodivergence, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Dyslexia. I have also completed training focused on support and recovery from narcissistic abuse.
Drawing from my personal lived experience, education, and ongoing training, I guide clients through a process of self-discovery and reconnection. I take an integrative and individualized approach to counselling, thoughtfully tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the person in front of me. My work blends traditional talk therapy with breathwork, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation to support holistic and sustainable change.
